MUSEUM DARA JUANTI


This museum formerly used as the Royal Palace Sintang. Once renovated in 1938, the palace became a museum. Located in the city Sintang.Jl. Dara Juanti Rt. 05 / Rw 02
Sintang, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia.This museum presents the history of the kingdom of Sintang and exhibiting relics - relics of the king - the king Sintang. To reach the museum Kapuas highway transportations are two alternatives, namely through the waterways and land. When we are through the waterway we can use the traditional form of the boat transfortasi temple (a type of boat mounted engine) and can be reached ± 15 minutes from the town of Sintang, and our bias while enjoying the beauty of the Kapuas river. If by land we can use 2-wheel vehicles and motorcycles 4 with travel time ± 10 minutes from downtown Sintang.

MUSEUM KAPUAS RAYA 


Museum Kapuas highway is there one tourist attraction that must be addressed when we visited in kbaupaten Sintang, West Kalimantan, which in this museum we can see many historical objects and handicrafts society Barat.khususnya Borneo Sintang. Kapuas Raya Museum consists of showrooms and support space such as: Showroom History of Sintang, Sintang Cultural Space Exhibition which includes cultural diversity results from various ethnic contained in Sintang. Ethnic lot is the highest in Sintang Dayak, Malay and Chinese. There is also a showroom as well as the textile which contains the results of traditional Dayak ikat. The Dayak distinctive woven entirely using natural ingredients that characterize the Dayak people who always live harmoniously with nature.
